Kumarswamy
Kumara Swamy, a retired Assistant Manager-Technical from KEONICS, brings vast expertise in securing and overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects. With a strong track record in the implementation of high-value projects, he played a pivotal role in delivering key projects such as Mahithi Sindhu (2007), ICT Phase-III (2009), and IEMS for the Excise Department of Bihar (2016). Post-retirement, Kumara Swamy continued to drive major projects, including the successful implementation of LED street lighting in Calicut City (2018) and Firozpur City (Punjab), both following the ESCO (PPP) model. His extensive experience and ability to navigate complex government projects make him a vital contributor to Bharatlighthouse's mission in advancing AI governance.
